 Results seem to vary. I don't think there is any particular consensus on a "best" doctor. Some have had good results with one doctor while others have had not so good results with the same doctor. This forum is certainly one of the best places to do your research but there are many factors that determine overall results many of which are determined by the recipient of the procedure, not just the doctor/physician and the product/procedure.

Doctor C in Tijuana and Dr. N in Prague are among the most popular for PMMA, but again results are varied. You can try non-surgical methods such a stretching, pumping, etc, but in my experience these methods offer very little long-term gain and require a lot of work.

Read the experiences shared on this forum - you will find lots of info on which to make further decisions.

I'm looking to research and I'm a bit overwhelmed at the moment with everything out there.

I was curious if anyone could help a noob get on the path to length and Girth surgeries.

What has seemed to work best with best and most commonly good results and with who?

I see Elist is not the way to go, which its a good thing I came here bc that's where I was leaning.
