Andydandy you sound like your defo suited to having MegaFill, good thing about it is you can just keep having more and more until you've reached your desired goal. I'd take your time with it though, and make sure you leave room for touch ups

Yes they only do this in Korea, you could probably get an American doctor to inject you with Cymretra which is a similar product just a different brand name but it would be much less risky going to Dr Kim cos he does this all the time so probably has better technique and preparation methods plus MegaFill is supposedly a better product. I wouldn't really wana advise you to do something in case it goes wrong but, in my opinion anything is better than PMMA

Another thread about PMMA suggested pumping low pressure (prob 2-4 hg) for 5 minutes 3 times per day may have a good effect of creating a smooth result with the PMMA. One post even said that Dr. C said a patient that had done this had fantastic results from doing so.

Was this ever recommended to you or did you consider it?

Again, I'm on page 25 but I'm wondering if this is, in fact, better than PMMA but maybe do less than you did and then follow a different post op protocol including very light low pressure pumping to provide an even distribution of the product.

I'm was strongly considering PMMA with Dr. C when I came across this thread. A natural product vs. synthetic that feels like normal penis became very intriguing.

Does anyone have Dr. Kim's email address? I am considering getting his opinion on some nodules that I have. One is just like a pea I can pinch and move around. I might have to get it cut out I think.
