11 years 8 months ago #1291746809@nokeio. Out of all the injectable options I actually think fat injection is the worst technique because i think this option is most likely to to lead to a full subcutaneous Removal operation. At least with PMMA any lumps or nodules can be surgically removed individually which is much less invasive or treated with Kenalog injections.
I think MegaFill/Cymetra is better than fat injections because I think that it is less likely to go lumpy and more likely to wear off evenly. Also I think any lumps or unevenness from MegaFill/Cymetra can be more effectively treated with DMSO than any lumps gained from fat injection.
I don't actually think there is anything wrong with MegaFill it's self I think danger lies with Dr Kim and Richard (The lies your told about the procedure by Richard and the fact that Dr Kim is willing to inject you with such huge ammounts) If anyone one here does decide to have MegaFill or Cymetra, DONT have more than 35ml!
Having said all that I still think HA injection using micro cannulla is by a million miles the best option, I don't care if it's a "punt" or a "blag", I don't care that it's expensive or temporary. As time goes by HA will become longer lasting, cheaper and more accessible (more physicians will offer it). In 70 years we went from horse and cart to landing on the moon! HA, I think it's highly possible that in 5 years time there will be brands of HA that will last for at least 12 months.
What ever option you choose keep in mind that having smaller ammounts will reduce the chance of complications and reduce the need for surgical intervention if any complications do arise.

Maybe I would personally prefer the look you hate
