You have also got to take into account that if I didn't have this lump I would be able to distribute the MegaFill more evenly which would prods put my gain at 17 cm.

Yes they only do this in Korea, you could probably get an American doctor to inject you with Cymretra which is a similar product just a different brand name but it would be much less risky going to Dr Kim cos he does this all the time so probably has better technique and preparation methods plus MegaFill is supposedly a better product. I wouldn't really wana advise you to do something in case it goes wrong but, in my opinion anything is better than PMMA
