Why do I post [what can be perceived as] a subtle insult you ask?
Because I am here to seek EMPIRICAL evidence (which seems to me to be more challenging at times on this site). Let's first start off by saying that if you have not undergone the surgery first hand then what you are stating is merely an appeal to ignorance (which goes for ANY PE Physician). Oftentimes, such unwarranted claims can cloud seekers of truth from making up their minds about what procedure (if any) to elect.
I myself have been contemplating the PLATINUM procedure for about a year now but have been hearing too many conflicting stories to make a definitive decision as of yet. Based on Bluemale's results [and speaking with both Dr. Loria and an individual from his medical staff on two separate occasions now], I would say that Dr. Loria has become more experienced in his technique and his approach has evolved quite significantly. I say this because the scar/blister at Bluemale's base was not aesthetically pleasing AT ALL and was worried about that for me as well (to say the least). However, it is believed that those results moving forward are remedied due to the fact that they now use a revised base support in his practice.
Now, I'm not just ready to take the plunge just yet as I am still waiting to see of others who TRULY had the procedure done (NEITHER shill nor someone who dislikes Dr. Loria "just beause") and if they are brave enough to come forward and share their experiences with us as it would be greatly appreciative.
P.S. Not only did I have a group consult on the phone with him and others, I also had a private phone consult with a member of his medical staff and the Dr. himself. I will say from what I gathered while speaking on the phone with him is this: He sounds like he takes A LOT of pride in his work and is very ambitious towards being the best in the field of PE (as a news article I read about him recently even referred to him as a "pioneer"). However, when I did talk to him he did stress proper after care following the surgery. Which only makes sense if you think about it (you would be amazed how many people I have met being in the military who totally disregard follow-up care and/or Doctors orders while in recovery).

To be honest I think that demonstrates a misunderstanding of what the issue is with Loria's procedure, which I think is quite common among our members. What it looks like shouldn't be the concern. There are guys who have vaseline injected and it can look good. The issue is with the substance he's injecting and how safe it is and what can be done if things go badly. Loria himself has absolutely no idea about the long term prognosis, as Silikon1000 has virtually no history as a large volume filler.
I could go to one of the silicone yahoo groups and post photos of very good looking results (not all guys go freaky big). But it doesn't mean injecting liquid silicone is a good idea.
If aesthetics were the main issue, then we'd all be getting dermal matrix implants, as they usually look excellent.

Defend who???? If you had a positive experience, you do not need to defend anybody. If you had a bad outcome, you will get the best support . If you read the reports you will see that this board supported the loria's patients and tried to help them.
If you post your experience, and at this point I doubt you ever will, you will surely see that this site if fair with no hidden agenda and NO BS!!!
I personally talked to loria and his staff. I even made an appointment with him. He gave me the most ridiculous expectations such as in TWO INCHES of Girth AND Length can be achieved with his "Secret Magical formula"
In one of the threads, There was a posted picture of a giant Dick that he claimed he did....well, he DID NOT do that natural looking Dick, it belonged to some one who had NEVER seen loria...
Please post your experience here and I assure you you will get the best support.....then again, I do not think you will get any support since you will not post???? Prove me wrong!

it's a website for some gay/bisexual/hiv conscious community that pumps their dick with a shit load of homo erotic advertisement.
Loria's done the same thing in the past.
If you look at the shills photos in this thread:

They were recognized by one of our members as they were old photos that had long been in circulation.

However, I have been reading quite a bit of these threads and as someone still in the research stages can only help myself not to chuckle at such claims. The reason I pointed out Skeptical One is because he blatantly called Dr. Loria a crook in response to a member who is relatively new and only made one post defaming Dr. Loria's work (no pictures to support such a claim either from that member). Can you at least see my predicament briceb?
As of now, I am just going to err on the side of caution and continue wearing my traction device which I have seen 1/4" gain in length since I have begun using it. This is something I most certainly recommend as there has been case studies proving its efficacy. Here's the link:

I hope you aren't serious. If you are at all impressed I highly suspect you haven't read the first two links, or if you have, you must have skimmed through them. Some serious red flags to consider.
And as for member "Bluemale," he himself said in his progress report "Word to those reading this and considering this procedure. Be smart. Have goals. I would Stay away from Loria."
But to each his own I suppose.
