Theres a decent size community, usually in the gay world of guys who fill their dicks and or scrotums with silicone. There was someone on this very forum who got a procedure I forget who, with very similar results to PMMA. The difference is most people who get silicone in this way dont go for aesthetic or unnoticeable results, but most for huge huge gains in the fetish direction. Its not uncommon to see these guys out at the beach or at gay parties, with clearly super bulges. Anyways, I for the first time talked to some guys casually about it and thought I'd relay some info as these guys are sort of out of the 'mainstream' PE or PE surgery online communiy. The guy I talked to had huge starting stats 10x7, which is obviously ridiculous to start, and got silicone to get to 10X8.5ish, he had that for about 6 years or so and then he got an infection. The doctor said that once theres an infection with the implant, it won't go away unless its all removed, so he had to get it all removed. Hes now significantly significantly smaller, but luckily didnt need a skin graph so sensation and function are normal. He said that he knows numerous others who got infections and had to have their implant entirely removed too. He mentioned several had to get skin graphs from their legs for Repair and no longer really have sensation. As for how he got the infection he was still pretty confused, as he had 6 years without issue and hadn't any risk of internal exposure to bacteria since his injections then. He said the others he knew often linked their infection to their use of injections such as caverjet for erections. So I talked to him about my PMMA, he didnt know much about it, but cautioned me against more rounds on the basis "its never going to be perfect" and not wanting to risk exposure to infection. Both are obviously good points, and its good to hear from someone whos had such experience. He says he now basically advocates against silicone in the community but also told me to not worry as the bad cases seemed to be in the minority and he knew many with no problems many many years down the line. Anyways, takeaways, I think I previously and likely many here sort of thought that the additional risks of more rounds is just value, more irregularities etc, and not strongly enough about the fact your opening your Dick up again. I don't know the details of silicone but I think at the basics it works the same as PMMA in the end in that your body builds collagen around it or whatever, so I think the risk is worth considering. Also, though risk connected to stuff like injections make sense, there is still obviously just random risk potential too, or as complications with other body ailments. Worth noting that these guys are using their dicks in a lot more extreme ways than must of us do, stretching them 'past regular limits', fetish work, caverjet etc. I didnt want to ask him too many questions about the Removal, but he did say it was done by a reputable doctor in NYC I think at NYU, so I'm gonna try to get in contact again and ask for the details as a good resource.
