I am using a traction device at the moment for PE - the Andro Penis. So there is a chance I could lose length after ligament cut? I'm getting my ligs cut next week, and am planning on PMMA next year. My thoughts are that PE is easier without the PMMA, that the PMMA will be be better dispersed after reaching the desired length, it will show better when Flaccid (some pics only look good Erect - no homo), and that fussing with your penis after PMMA may increase the potential for future complications.
