I have never had anyone notice it, but there seem to be multiple techniques. It is about a 2 Inch horizontal line and under your pubes. It would only be noticeable if you shave that area. But I think it depends on the doctor. I found with using DMSO and iodine it didn't actually remove scar tissue but softened and shrank it greatly. I've heard of people using it in another applications to soften and reduce tissue, so figured it's worth a shot on a fibrotic grafts. I don't think it would dissolve the graft, but I wouldn't be surprised if it helped soften it and make it more pliable. Doing that in conjuncture with meds that increase blood flow to the region along with pumping stretching might help. I'd try all these options before considering PMMA or surgery. I think I need to do some research or take a wait and see approach. When you say that your skin is wrinkled or lose, is it in folds?, just really lax? or wrinkled like a sheet? I definitely have much harder erections which is not what I was expecting at all. It does seem to be having an effect on the graft and my penis hangs more (also not something I was expecting). I do feel like there is more blood flow to my penis, almost certainly. I am going to Mexico on the 25th of February and will get the PMMA added to the graft to smooth out the contours. Mostly I am logging this so if there is someone else who comes to this with hardened dermal fat grafts like mine, they will have some info on the subject. I don't have pics from before I had surgery done - 1993 or so. I do have pics since the dfg / lengthening surgery when it was healthy and I'll post one of those (attached); plus a current shot - need to take - and hopefully I'll have a decent after PMMA shot as well. I actually have a doctorate in psychology that I don't use - but you made perfect sense. I am not ready yet. And I am not ready for consequences. The first time round I was ready for anything, so thanks for clearing that up for me. @undecided thanks for the same reason. I think i will tell them to hold the money for 6 months and then decide. New1inch I had my ligs cut 20 years ago so don't turtle much - but with the dfg my Flaccid went from 6" or 7" x 6". I gained 2" Girth from the surgery or even a little more. Without the grafts I am usually 5" or 6" Flaccid. Sometimes even smaller - there is much more variation without the graft in me. Post surgery I am 7 x 5.25 Erect, and about 5 or 6 x 4.5 or 5 depending on its mood. Looking at the pic I realize I have hyper-pigmentation all over my Balls too. I didn't notice before.
