However, Dr. C seems to have refined his technique over the past few years and the results show that. I think that because you are wanting to err on the more conservative enhancement with emphasis on natural aesthetics, you should go with 10%. That said, you can easily obtain a .5" increase with 10%. But, the overall outcome is dependent on how your body reacts, post op care, and other factors. I do, however, think you could come out on the other side with a very natural appearance. Are you a Grower or shower? Are you cut or uncut? If you're cut and not a severe retractor, I would say that could look ok, you should be able to pass with that. For the kind of gains you're looking for I'd say 10%, probably just one session. Make sure you do your research, read all the progress reports, know the risks and things that can go wrong.
