I didn't have this issue personally. I've always noticed that my penis stays more engorged for a little while after sex even before PMMA. After PMMA there was no difference except it was bigger. I've had plenty of days with 4-5 orgasms without any issues. Also, I'm the type of guy that has to orgasm AT LEAST once per day one way or another no matter what and this has not led to any problems either. Just my two cents on my personal experiences. The swelling generally reported I believe comes from PMMA constricting the shaft slightly. Most have noted that PMMA tissue is slightly firmer than normal penis, so why wouldn't slightly constrict. If you pump, clamp or even wear a tight condom, it's normal to see swelling afterwards. The idea that swelling is a results of rubbing against the PMMA and causing inflammation seems flawed to me, as the whole point of the Dartos fascia is to prevent friction. So what is my question here actually, i guess How many Orgasms in a row did you guys who had PMMA have. (and is this going to be a big problem for the future) I want to know what is possible to do after having PMMA. Because it would suck quite abit if your sexlife is constricted due to having PMMA. I forgot to mention the criteria of a downphase that should not be longer then 5-10 minutes. It would be easy to get this tested as a person who has PMMA injected. Yes the penis stays engorged for a good while after repeated orgasms. Even without PMMA. I just had 4 orgasms in a row with downphases of those 5 minutes. Penis stays abit engorged. Nothing new. If the PMMA guys would be willing to do the selftest in the name of science that be great. No limit given. And not a joke. With the observation to when it shows a unormal swelling reaction. Well we already have heared some of those voices (mentioned in startpost sizemic messageman for example) and i guess there are more. I would hate if there would be a limit due to PMMA.
