Regarding your problem: you are having 2 distinct problems IMHO.


1. Difficulties in post-operative healing, due to severe trauma to your genitalia which you didn't expect. I just had scrotal surgery and my balls were almost black for two weeks, then blue for another week before turning pink again. If your surgery was penetrating, as implant surgery is, then you can expect it to hurt bad. I will link to a video (courtesy of Smartman) of an implant surgery just so that you can see how traumatized your organ can get. Be aware: Removing it will traumatize you again just as much! Do you need this twice in a row?

2. Panic because your results are nothing like what you expected. You maybe thought you'd wake up to a beautiful new organ which would be the envy of every jock on campus and make girls beat a path to your room, and you wind up with a swollen distorted freak show. But this is NOT your final result, which can only be seen when all swelling has receded and your body has fully healed. You do not yet know your final result.


I understand why doctors don't show videos of surgery or post-operative condition, because if they did nobody would go there, even if in painful need for augmentation. It is crazy and extreme, but some of us wind up going this far to finally get up to par in the bedroom or locker room.

Don't give up on it yet. I haven't had this procedure done, but quite a few members here have. I would take patience, get a local doctor, urologist, hospital emergency ward, free clinic, surgical nurse, whomever might be qualified in your town to install a new drain to remove fluids and allow healing to pursue its normal path.

Then you can post photos here, and ask for help from fellow Elist Implant friends at PhalloBoards. They will advise you as nobody can. Being alarmed is normal in your drastic situation which would have anyone very upset. But time is your ally and not your enemy, so you must remove the "urgency" from this situation, even if it feels like it is an emergency.

Hang in there, we're all going to be helping in any way we can. If later you really do need to have it removed, there are folks here who know Dr Elist and who can best advise you on how to effectively approach him so that you pay nothing for removal. Note that if it is just a "change of " when nothing went seriously wrong with the procedure, he may feel entitled to charge you. This is why you must tread softly until you have more data on your current condition, and guys here can coach you along that path?

Just take a breath and like mm said. Let things heal. U just had you penis beat up. Take nose surgery for example. Things look pretty brutal for about 2 weeks after. Then they get better. Maybe, just maybe, you'll be a success story. Just give it some time and don't beat yourself up till things at least heal.

ok I just did mine, that looks as mine did , swelling left testicle and big swelling Down penis, that I had for about 3 weeks, then it decreased fast to normal. I didnt have colour though maybe because I have dark broun skin.

DUDE you have a huge begining skin problem that might ruin the implant and give you infection. you have begining skin rifts.
Vaheh must have told you same as he did with me KEEP IT MOIST ALL THE TIME. its not moist on the Pictures ??? my penis was oiled 24/7 I even woke up midnight and gave it olive oil the first 10 days until I discovered I can use other creams.
The reason Vaheh tells you use olive oil is because they had a guy WHO had massive allergic reaction from a cream equal to our locobase Repair cream.

I would love to help you Young Brother but you have to help your self and at least read all details I went through, thats why I blog.

I used 3 creams aday : many times locobase a day because it dont gives allergic reaction and its the best cream.
1 time locobase Repair- it can give allergic reaction
2 time decubal intensive cream- the skin doctor recomended me this and its very good as well.
My shorts got ruined and i through all out because of all the creams that got on them... all my shorts
moist moist all day long to avoid skin problems, that I learned buy reading in here also.

Now, healing is diffrent to each person. One of the success stories i met at Elist office was a Young White guy, he had it for 3-4 years "dont remember" but he told me Elist lied to him about healing periode and it toke him 4 months to heal.
That made me decide right there on spot to use hgh " human Growth hormone "to heal fast and Vaheh said it might increase the scar tissue and make the implant extra stuck. Vaheh Adviced to release the implant first 4 weeks then use hgh.
I didnt care about how stuck it can get, because I did read in here about how Guys got it released by Kenalog og during sex. I wanted to heal fast and I did heal fast but thats also why I am going back there Again to get some Kenalog shots so it gets released.

Dont worry, I was freaked out too. but knowing i advance what Guys went through helped me alot. keep sending Pictures to Vaheh and Elist, , they allways asked for Pictures to evaluate the situations i went through.

elist is the best to remove it IF and ONLY IF he WANTS to do a good job. He knows it best. As H10 said, only a good and qualified surgeon will tell you how soon to remove it. The Dr's suggested by H10 are also your best bet.

You say it is deforemd and you have pix, can you share with us for your benefit and ours?

None of our members can answer that question particularly well. You need to ask a Urologist who has experience with these sort of things (not Elist).

No, he said that it'll go away after a few weeks. I should have looked more in depth into having surgery, I feel so stupid now. His assistant, Velhah, or w/e his name, said that they could do it for $2,5000. I haven't talked to Dr. Elist directly about it .

I tend to agree with the Dane. I think what you are going through is part of the healing process, but you've been freaked out by all the bad reports here, so now just want the thing out. So my advise would be to leave it for several months and see how you get on.

However, it might be a good idea to consult with another Dr and ask him in terms of getting back your old size, would it make any difference if you have it removed now, or were to wait a few months and then have it removed. If the Dr says it's better to have it removed before the scar capsule forms, then I'd change my advice and say have it removed asap. I'd arrange a phone consult with Gary Alter and see what he says. Basically what I'm saying is that if you were to have it out, the chances are that your penis would be much shorter than before due to formation of scar tissue, so you need to find out if you having it out asap will mean less scar tissue and thus make it easier to recover you old length.

Give it a chance bro, why remove it so early, please read my thread and see the stages I went through. I know its hell and you are scared and feel stupid, so did I.
You have paid for it, try to give it a chance and see if you are Lucky, if not, remove it. First month is a hell of swelling and skin problems and eriction pain.
No sport first 2 months.

Okay, um I have no clue where to start, do I ask a Urologist who does penis enlargement or what? any ideas on whom would be nice, thanks

It would be more appropriate if you shared your experience so others can learn from it. Simply bashing the doctor for the sake of bashing him is not what this forum is about. He's already earned whatever reputation he has through first-hand accounts, backed up credibly with photos, etc. You can follow suit, otherwise I'm advising you no longer post in this fashion.
