So I have been on here trolling for a long time now. I really was on board with PMMA but after looking and looking I realized not everyone looks as good as sizemic. And the fear of migration years later and the over all unknown scared me away from it. I have heard horror storys about enlargement surgeries making the penis smaller, this would be a very very bad thing. However reading this website the photos look good, and this new scaffolding helps with scar tissue, it is making me rethink surgery. Any guys had this or thinking about it? is DR. Krakovsky good, why are the reasons i should not do this, and does anyone think it is a good idea?

I doubt the real reason was room, but more blood supply and infection. I suspect Chad's disaster probably put Dr K off doing multiple graft surgeries for good. By layering graft material you increase the chances of blood supply issues and Necrosis significantly. Also the layer between grafts is the perfect place to harvest infection.

I believe there is no international extradition between the USA and Dubai on NON criminal matters.

It could be lawsuits, few clients, high insurance claims on his business, not being sued easily in Dubai, likes Russian and Filipino "night girls" or he likes the extremely hot Sun, sand, and desert....I hope readers will realize the sarcastic remarks... just for fun.

Also, from what I understand, if something should go wrong with a pe doctor in the states you'll have almost no legal recourse either. They pretty much make you sign your rights away. Just recently a member had written about looking into a lawsuit against Dr. Elist and after visiting several lawyers, none would take his case.
