Some men keep their post op size. Some shrink down to slightly larger than pre-op and never see an additional increase. Some lose size post op and then blow up massively in the following weeks/months. Personally, I've determined one cannot assess final gains until they reach the 6 - 8 month mark. There are going to be ups and downs. In a nutshell, YMMV. I know it's a lot of scouring & reading to do, but you'll see members make remarks about changes in their penis throughout the course of their progress report. I also imagine that these changes vary (presumably slightly) between patients, so there may be "window of times" as opposed to "a specific number of days" when things change/occur. I, unfortunately, did not track my penis's subtle changes through the course of treatment for my own personal reasons, and for that reason, I don't have much I can share. Good luck. When is the shrinkage over approx? When does collagen come in? When should you have the final product? What size does it end up? The size immediately after surgery? The size after day 2, 7, 14?
