Paradoxically there is even a non-negligible risk of losing length if proper stretching routine is not followed after surgery.With serious delay (compared to smarter PE scholars here and at Thundersplace) I have become an advocate of manual stretching. It is definitely something you have to look at long term, as results certainly do not happen as quickly as we would all want them to. I think M7 said he has made gains from stretching as well. Until I started stretching, I had always thought that such non surgical methods for enlarging the penis would have already been known and utilized, considering that most men in the world would love a little more length. It is indeed possible though. Just be careful and do it gradually. Remember, to get decent gains, it could take years...but they will come. It's definitely not a sprint; it's a marathon.
