TOPIC: new guy thinking to go to Dr N for PMMA

Thanks for the advice, but this is something i will go ahead with. I know I'm not small, but m not big either. Ask any girl I've been with and they'll tell you that! Now having said that I believe my goals are realistic whilst still maintaining an aesthetically good looking Dick.. which is also important to me. What I want to know is the best approach I should take given my dimentions. Or If any body has had it dome on an already tapered penis with successful results I'd appreciate a comment.

Also I should add that I have an upward turn in my penis. Nothing so drastic.. I presume this will effect procedure. Does anybody have any experience with that also?

i guess i would rather even things out, but i'd be afraid of glans dwarfing then you know? or it looking unrealistic. So you think i should go straight for 20%? that could make me huge in one go. Which would be great i suppose, but id want to be careful to not mess it up.

I seen a few people get 20% in base and middle and 10% then towards the top, just under glans. What is the idea to this approach? Do you think this would be something i should consider?
