Here's what he said: "Hello, Dr. Casavantes and myself will be in South Korea, end of this month for training with one of the best. I have a list of patients that currently are waiting for this procedure, and will be contacting everyone once Dr. C is ready to offer this procedure. Thank you for your inquiry, and we will keep you posted with available dates." I must say that I am VERY excited and giddy about this procedure.. I HATE my small glands and love the fact that something maybe done to fix and change the size and maybe shape of it.. Im all for it and would like to do this along with the PMMA shaft surgery. Don't mean to be a debbie downer but that's just something a lot of guys with PMMA have to deal with. The larger the shaft gets, the more dwarfed the glans get. There are means to enlarge the glans but I personally haven't seen anything that shows me it's safe, effective, or aesthetically natural-looking. I believe one of the Brazilian bioplasticians may do PMMA in the glans, and I know Dr. C does not offer this. Anatomically, the glans provide problems for doctors who have tried augmenting them in the past. The only thing maybe worth looking into is PRFM shots (Dr. Runels), but there is not enough data to conclude they are effective. I know we had one member try them out and did report some improved glans size, but I don't recall it being significant.
