There have been a few that have gotten positive results after they have taken out the implant, meaning they gained permanently about an Inch Girth because its scar tissue & if stretching after the implant is out, some have gained up to an Inch. The thing is, are you willing to put yourself under the knife & insert an implant, then 6 months or a year later, have it taken out. Thats going under the knife twice within year & all because you have complications with the implant. There has always been a great demand for penis enlargement. Silicone implants are by far the most popular material used in plastic surgery and have been for decades. Do you seriously believe that no one ever thought of silicone when coming up with ways to enlarge the penis? Given that way of thinking, is it really a surprise that the Elist implant has yielded such appalling results? I assure you none of the other Dr's in the industry are kicking themselves whilst saying "silicone, why didn't I think of that!"
