Also: Smoking. Do NOT smoke for at least 3 months before operation, if you're a smoker. Smoking absolutely kills collagen growth. That's why smokers always look 10 years older than they really are. I've noticed that the average gain with 10% or 20% first round is about .5 Inch gain in Girth. I've also seen some outliers that have gained 1 full Inch after their first round within the 10% and 20% realm. I was wondering if anyone could chime in on this issue. I also know the supplementation is a major factor in assisting the production collagen. I'm hoping some of the vets can put there input on this. Thanks! I eat primarily organic fruits, vegetables and lean meat/fish. I know that Sizemic got great gains and he is 22. I also know of other members that are over a decade older than me that exhibit gains superior to Sizemic. I believe that youth helps but is not the ultimate determining factor over gains. I quit smoking a year and a half ago (hate those things). I'm also now on HGH and have noticed improvements in hair texture, skin, wrinkles, etc. HGH will definitely improve collagen deposition. In the end, I imagine that one's natural wound healing abilities would directly influence gains. Bodies heal differently so I believe it is solely up to the individual. Gains cannot be predicted; only averaged. Even though my gains are not what Dr. Casavantes, Wade and I speculated, they are well within the "normal" range of gains for a first round. Also, I am a good bit longer than average. Had I a 6 Inch or 6 1/2" penis, my gains would have been much greater at the same volume. I was larger than Sizemic prior to PMMA so I expected less gains from the start. I hope I shed some light on the topic. Best of luck gentlemen.
