The jist it was that he had Dermal Grafts that were harvested from the lower back and a huge scar. That is what started his proactivity. He filed a complaint with the Medical Board against Rheinschild as part of that. I think he was a good guy though. BTC had surgery with the Russian Dr a couple times. He got an infection. Real Bad. He was the shady character.
