Not terribly surprised to hear that. I admire their approach... to provide Girth in the most realistic looking way possible. However, it can sometimes be at odds with guys who are incredibly eager for significant Girth (like myself). I'd like to think I'm one of the more reasonable guys when it comes to Girth requests, because I wouldn't be surprised if there were folks who wanted 30cc at 30%, something I highly doubt Dr. C would commit to. And from what I gather, it isn't unusual that other bioplasty physicians have gone this route. Even more of a reason I tip my hat off to Dr. C's methodology, one that is conservative and aesthetically-conscious. As for collagen gains, one thing I failed to do for both Rounds 1 & 2 (shame on me) was not supplement myself either via diet or pills. That is a mistake I don't intend to make Round 3. I'll probably borrow M7's list of supplements. I am asking this Q. because there is one guy who lost a small amount of collagen after 6 months ?? 2- Do you recommend any supplements to be taken just to enhance the growth of the new collagen ? That was his reply :- unfortunately, there is no way to increase collagen production - as there is no way to speed up wound healing by stimulating certain fibroblast. The problem with loosing volume of the injected PMMA is the following: Directly after injection, e.g. within the first few days, all cellulose carrier will be absorbed and the body brings in fibrin first, which covers all PMMA. The total injected volume fades to about half ! During the second week to about 3 months, macrophages, giant cells, and fibroblasts invade the PMMA and form a granulation tissue - which has a greater volume then the lasting volume after about 6 months, when most macrophages left, the swelling disappears, and the left over macrophages and fibroblast form a lasting and remaining volume ...after 6 month. That is the reason why I prefer the 30 % PMMA whenever possible since its volume will shrink much less than that of 10 %.... Neither have complications that I'm aware of. I also believe Fred had 30% of Metacril and did not appear to have complications. I will stick with 20% though I'm tempted to ask for 30% at the pubic bone area. Makes sense to me. No complications from that. Regarding Wade. I don't think Dr C meant it was the best results in terms of size (Wade was already 6 EG!) but it just gave him a much more aesthetic look after his Circumcision. Sticking to 10% and 5% for pure enhancement would be my recommendation for the younger (single) average size guy. If you are older with a settled life and not worried about the odd bump or complication and you want a big gun then one round of 10% followed by 20% followed by a touch up if necessary would be my call I would also wait a full 3 months in between. That's what I would do if had to do i over. I did lose some Girth gains, I would say about .15" to .20". I can feel it and I can see it even thu is is so small of a change. It sucks loosing any Girth. I had 21+cc of 10%, although I think the Doctor periodically called for 20%(for fill at base?). Not entirely sure, but I will request 20% for another round- now that I'm hearing about this shrinkage issue. Only problem- the 3 month wait. the two month mark fits my schedule best, but I could possibly wait another 2 weeks after that, otherwise it won't be until March (4 1/2 months). Hmmm... can I wait...? I believe I have decided on the second procedure. I don't believe I am witnessing any of this collagen growth (12 days post). Not sure on that. For comparison, I had a similiar volume (within a couple cc's I believe) to M7, but am closer to .5 gain at them moment. He had 20%, I had 10. My aesthetic is good, but feels a little softer than I had hoped when Flaccid. Its like twelve months of torture watching all these new threads with everyones brand new shiny thick cocks. I can only survive as its giving me some extra time to gain some length through manual PE and observe all the findings you guys are having. However, there is a small error in Dr. Lemperle's response... > unfortunately, there is no way to increase collagen production - as there is no way to speed up wound healing by stimulating certain fibroblast. Wound healing occurs at a faster rate when we are young... I'm sure he would agree with that. That is my "secret" so-to-speak... I'm now up .8" and I'm 10 days out post operative (the low point for most). I think I'll surpass an Inch if my growth continues at this rate. Don't freak out though... I mean, look at Fred. That dude is huge and he's many years post op. Also, smartman is packing (though he had 30% in Brazil) and is over 5 years out if I'm not mistaken. I also think that if one is a good candidate, they should insist on receiving 20%.
