Metacrill is a trademark of PMMA (like NewPlastic, Artecoll and Artefill etc.)Biopolimero is a silicon oil so it is absolutely different from Metacrill .

Smartman, I forgot but how long have you had PMMA in the penis? Also any last minute hotel suggestions? Do you or anyone think its too dangerous to stay at the Grand hotel even? Or even stay in Mexico (given time of year also so close to xmas).

I can imagine my tough questions which I asked earlier being difficult to reply to but I don't understand how difficult it is to understand when I wrote "When can I have my appointment" still there is no reply. I don't know what to do, as it is a very good option for me but if they do not respond to appointment emails I guess they will never reply for any complication emails.

Hey Guy's been awhile,so far everything has gone well and even areas that concerned me have evened out ie entry points. I seem to have gained a solid .5 which was my goal,I have been taking collagen powder,lysine and vit c although avoiding smoking over the holidays was hard and it seems to have worked for me.
I am getting prepared for a second procedure the first week in Feb and will be going for 15cc of 30% metacrill although I will be trying to go for a tapered effect with more product at the base at this rate I would like to believe that without any issues i can reach my goal in 4 sessions

I would like to know why doesn't she inject PMMA in the area ( around 1 cm) behind the glans ?? (Does she have any explanation for that ??)
I know there could be 3 explanations for that but she could have another explanation :-
1- The possibility of skin Necrosis in this area is higher than in the shaft ( due to the compression of the beads on the small vessels (in a tight space) feeding the thin skin above it (even with a blunt micro-cannula) or if she uses a sharp needle in this area can cause implantation of the beads directly into these vessels. This was the explanation of Dr. Samy that time to me .
2- The possibility of nodules and small lumps is increased if PMMA injected under thin skin (and Kenalog injection in this area can cause skin Atrophy because the skin is so thin in this area).
3- Or due to the anatomy of this area is different than of the shaft.

I recieved today an e-mail from Dr. Samy :-

Really Ivana is the distributor of Metacrill in Europe.
I do not know her family name, that was the reason why I said I did not know her.
Now I localized the woman, really she is the distributor in Europe, living in Sevilla, Spain.
But I do not know her tittles in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, it seems to me very strange, because I did not meet this Ivana in Rio, unless in a dinner with the owner of Metacrill, Mr Jose Alfredo Damasio, a friend of mine.
I do not recognize her experience with Metacrill.
In Brasil there are no courses on Master in Metacrill.
She has not any title on Plastic Surgery.
She has not any title in Aesthetic Medicine.
She has no any title on Dermatology, that are the main specialties that handle with implants, so it is very strange to me that she is an expert in Metacrill. But everything is posible in this field. I would not permit her to inject my penis, definitively.

She can be good in injecting Metacrill and can give you great results but I would only have a consultation with her without getting the injection in the 1st visit, ask her how many penile injection she did, does she inject the gap behind the glans and if you get a lump how can she treat it esp. if it was under thin skin e.g. behind the glans ( Kenalog+ 5FU) . I am sure she did facial metacrill injection (as an ENT doctor) but in penile injection she could have few cases ?????

BTW I have asked Lemperle too about her and that was his reply :-
Samy told me that , once - however, having a distributor does not mean approval... especially in Spain and Czech Republic.... I will find out in Mexico City.
She may have experience in penile augmentation: I can imagine that women have a better hand for it... ? Ask her how many penises she has injected !

Yep Hoddle Im pretty sure she would use the 10% Im sticking with the 30% as even just the short flight plays havoc with my work routine and I think with 40cc after two sessions with 30cc I may achieve an ideal size.Thank you Smartman for your wise words last thing I need after all this expense is a useless tool lol.I have booked flights and confirmed my second round for the 21st January,this time the Dr has agreed to wrap as Im convinced an extender straight after is not a good idea with swelling.My mission is 5/5.2 cm Flaccid diameter then I will probably call it a day and get on with fixing some machinesMust say loving the increase I have and excited about building upon it,will keep you informed

I live in the US, but am currently working overseas for the next year or two, much closer to Europe and Dr. Nemeckova than Dr C. Could someone please tell me where I can find her contact info? And eastender - way to lead the charge for Europe - thanks for being a pioneer for those of us across the pond! Hope all is going well. If you have any insights regarding Dr. N, I would be most interested to know as much about her / the procedure as possible. I'll probably go to Prague as opposed to her office in Seville.
