Lengthening procedures are not guaranteed to provide you length, so I'd be cautious in this regard. If you did obtain Flaccid length from a lengthening procedure, it is hard to say whether or not that would translate into Erect length, and I'm not sure I can see why more Flaccid length would reduce Turtling if you are a turtler to begin with. My Flaccid size has improved because of Girth enhancement, but it doesn't stop my penis from Turtling. My Girth enhancement has prevented my penis from getting as small as it used to, but Turtling still occurs.
