Otherwise there was an issue with the use of Macrolane which one place offered to do in London until they stopped suddenly. Finally the usual method is to inject Hyaluronic Acid which is said to produce limited but noticeable results (better in Koreans with a genetically different shaped glans) lasting ten to twelve months before needing a refill. I just bought a Mushroom Head vacuum pump designed to pump the glans instead of the shaft. It might help, but we also know that the glans isn't as easy to increase in size as long muscles for example. Put the wrapped penis into a thick cylinder much thicker than you normally use and then pump with light pressure if you are using steady pressure or if you have an electric pump set it on alternating pressure for 3 seconds high and low intervals. Watch your head expand to amazing proportions.
