The biggest worry bring the accordion effect. I thought about a Circumcision and had one scheduled at the Circumcision center in Atlanta but did not follow through with it (my wife wasn't too excited about me loosing the Foreskin either, said she like playing with it and was a turn on). So I'm aware of the precautions taken when doing PMMA in Uncut guys (only 10% ?) but I'm not sure if we have that for Ellanse. I think Dr Oates have completed the procedure on uncut guys with success ? what do you think ? I prefer to stay uncut and have narrowed my filler option down to Ellanse. I'd try HA first to see how it works out for you, rather than risk being stuck with a bad result for 4 years if you do Ellanse. I talked to Dr. Morgenstern too and he told me the same. I informed him that less than 20% in Europe are Circumcised and Germany is claiming that they world champion in penis enlargement. They do most injection in uncut guys. Dr. Morgenstern told me that I have a good point and that he will look into this. However, pornstar Rocco Silfredo used to be uncut when he started porn. He did Circumcision to make his Dick more appealing for porn industry. He said that was his biggest mistake in term of sensitivity. I will definitely consider this route despite the expense. However, would that truly give me a sense of what my penis may look or feel like if I go with Ellanse ? Aren't there differences in the properties of each filler ? I saw Dr C's take on uncut guys and PMMA with the regards to the accordion effect but he still will offer the procedure with a lesser concentration and overall amount with good result ? Just wondering if someone like Dr. Oates who presumably has completed the procedure on a lot of uncut guys has a similar technique with Ellanse to lower the risk of the accordion ? yeah the whole Circumcision thing is a bit too much for me to accept right now and not something I would consider anytime soon.
