TOPIC: Ellanse granuloma?
Re: Ellanse granuloma?
7 years 2 months ago #1308615680I'm rather dumbfounded you gained .8" from only 10 ml of Ellanse especially going from 5.7" to 6.5" which requires a lot more volume than going from 4.5" to 5.3" (for example). Did you track your EG regularly after your procedure? What was it immediately after? What did it decrease to over time (if at all)? When did it begin to grow for you?
5.7" by 6.1" is 258 ml
6.5" by 6.1" is 336 ml
I'm thinking he meant he was 5.7" before ANY of his procedures (including the HA that mostly dissipated). So including the HA gains (likely still had some added Girth from the HA) and with 10 ml of Ellanse he got the 0.8" Girth increase.

I was 5.7' Girth before any procedures at all.
The HA when done had me huge. Like 6.7+ but didn't feel real and wasn't loosing the fluid build up. Hence the reversal of all of it.
10ml Ellanse went in almost 8 weeks ago.
At first same thing huge volume 6.5+ easy
was a little firmer than HA.
Atm it feels good. Lumps are almost nothing.
Size today is 6.3' but it changes a bit either way depending on araosal
Like I said in my original posts it's not been 3 months and I was told the final result would be gauged about then.

Re: Ellanse granuloma?
7 years 2 months ago #1308602926I don't think you have to worry. We've got hundreds of members who have PMMA and many have the odd small bump or two. I think we've got a couple of members who have had Ellanse and reported the same. Unless they are accompanied by pain, inflammation and/or discoloration, I wouldn't be too concerned.
If they bother you from an aesthetic point of view or because they can be felt easily, then speak to your Dr about options to try and reduce them. Your Dr sounds very reasonable, as he replace the HA with Ellanse free of charge! Where did you get it done?

Re: Ellanse granuloma?
7 years 2 months ago #1308671576Aftercare was nothing special. Massage twice daily at least. Sex every day at least once. Masturbated daily as well.
I am very fit and active. Gym 7 days a week.
Healthy lyfstyle. No alcohol 90% clean food.
Im sure all are factors in body recovery.
Any questions. Fire away. Atm I'm over the moon with the result. Maybe a bigger gland soon.

7 years 2 months ago #1308605035My after care is solid and I assume the injection technique is very good
These issues went away from the first round after around 2 months or so and I'm still working through the second set. Im not worried about them and the wife has never mentioned them.

7 years 2 months ago #1308603512The doctor here in WA Dr Dahn has been amazing. Very reassuring and the procedure was easy. Easy to get a hold of for questions and can get appointments quickly.
He was very understanding of the disappointment of the HA. When he arranged the Ellanse for me I felt a lot more comfortable about getting it done with him. Obviously it's not a common issue.
Like you he said only to worry about discoloured sore or very noticeable ones.
Its common and hard to get a perfect result.
He did talk about steriod injections of it becomes a big issue.
Thank you.

7 years 2 months ago #1308605074Can I ask how much you had the first round and what increase it gave ?
did you see increase for long after procedure. Did it take the three months to finish growing as they mentioned ?
still early days for me it sounds.

7 years 2 months ago #1308608915I purposely waited over 3 months in between my 10ml rounds I wanted everything worn off, settled down, healed, etc .
