 Hey so I'm new to this or any forum really. But I'm looking for help to find a doctor who can provide procedures for both Girth and length, more importantly Girth. Anyone know any trust worthy doctors out there? I have been looking and saving to go to dr. Loria medical, but after reading what moderators have said about him makes me kinda skiddish. Also what is a shrill?
And I know about Jelqing and stretching exercises but that's not what im looking for here.
Any help is greatly appreciated
