Korea back in 2012, and it was a nightmare. Left lots of hard lumps throughout my Dick and pubic area. Had Dr. Elist take all of it out, so basically had to go through the penis enlargement surgery without the enlargement. Total cost to get the injections and have the crap removed, $8k. Feel much better now. PMMA seems risky being permanent and HA just isn't doing it for me so this seems like the best alternative besides one of these more "proprietary" formulas like what Dr. Loria uses which we have no idea what really is... If it is fluid, you will be able to tell from what it feels like as it will feel firm. If that is a lump of filler, it appears from the photo to be injected too superficially as it looks defined and too shallow/close to the surface. There is not sufficient strength in the elastic loose skin to keep filler in place and if injected too superficially lumps like this are more likely to happen. Shallow injection depth is a reason why it is pointless to inject at home (you can't stay in the right layer/plane), and why there is no point to see a doctor who injects filler too shallow which is common. - Which filler was used, the exact brand and model - Did you have it injected using a cannula - if so where were the cannula entry points to try to guess at how the product was injected (it is pointless to use a cannula if you are just putting the cannula under the outer layer of skin and injecting) - Who was the Dr - If that is filler and it has set, your doctor migh tell you to dissolve it and re-do the procedure. Thank you for your understanding. - People should share where they are getting good and bad results more freely. - At the same time it is nothing against the doctor, bad results can happen through no fault of the Dr. Do you know how many penile filler procedures the doctor has done and if this is their main business or a secondary procedure they do on the side? Darn it, so if it is filler I definitely need to have it removed Is there anything else that this could be / would it even be worth doing more HA again? And would I have to wait then? - If it is filler and if you can't massage it out (try when Erect) then it needs to be dissolved, obviously the doctor is in a better place to make that call however from your photos and what you desribe it looks like this might be necessary. At least it can be dissolved in the worst case as it is HA. If you need to re-do the HA I can share the moulding guide we have which contains some tips. I went back 10 days ago to have about 10ML of HA added to the fat. Unfortunately now when I get an erection (looks fine flaccid) there is a ton of unevenness along the shaft and it looks just odd / not natural. Has anyone else experienced this? I am disappointed as I know HA/PMMA seem to really be the only ways to add girth besides more harvested fat and I'm not going to do another big surgery. Thank you.
