This guy use to go by the name I believe Ganesh on the Thunders forum. He was already big but wanted more Girth because he didn't want to keep doing all the PE exercises to maintain or get bigger. I saw another user on another forum complain about the botched version of this implant. This is basically a hard silicone sleeve they deglove your penis and put something like a silicone sleeve over it. The guy referenced in the surgery had to have the implant fixed and I believe there's a bunch of botched stories about this on reddit and on here under the name "Penuma". Rest assured that I take this matter seriously, **and in fact, this site was created in 2010 in response to rampant deceit plaguing the free discussion around penis enlargement, in addition to providing a platform for former implant patients -- ironic that it comes full circle by having to mention it here, a topic regarding a silicone implant.** It would be a disservice to the Community as well as myself to endorse methods deemed too high risk, especially where you have a remarkably disproportionate number of authenticated reviews (especially over at the [ PhalloBoards 2.0](http://phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com) ) who dealt with pretty serious complications due to the implantation of silicone devices into their penis for the purposes of augmentation. In effect, I do (and have) turn down revenue from questionable providers whose ethics weren't their priority, and this site's 15 year history is proof of that. While this area of aesthetic medicine still lacks standardization, I feel we've began going from experimental-to-innovative in the last decade with the advent of injectable phalloplasty, and I believe this platform has established the credibility among Moderators, Members, and Sponsors/Physicians to provide the healthiest, and most accurate consensus on all matters medical male enhancement. If I took on just anybody who offered these services (many clinics do because FDA-approved dermal fillers can be used legally *off-label*), and there most certainly is a screening/vetting process in light of this. Taking a reckless approach by bringing onboard just about anyone would be risking the integrity of this site, built through the authentic exchange of men interested in this topic, medical practitioners, and former & current patients over many years. If a Sponsor was putting out poor quality work and/or a high rate of complication, it would be a poor reflection of this site, and by extension, a poor reflection on me.
