If so in Erect and Flaccid state or just Flaccid? 2) notice through feel? 3) is there a distinct difference in feeling for the PMMA area on the penis vs non-PMMA area on the penis? (I.e. I get more lengthening results that result in areas without PMMA down the line closer to base and that will have inconsistent feel for the women if she has her hand on it) 4) How rigid does it feel when you are Flaccid? 5) What is this thick skin pinching that people mention? I thought the PMMA is beyond the skin level so it's not pinchable unless you go out of your way to pinch it. Will I be able to escape this by having less overall product? Yes its detectable. Especially when you live in the western wealthy world - and women know about surgeries like this. In other case maybe they ll think ..its just „different“ or would not think much about it. And second: Like with all surgeries- the more conservative- the more natural (also Dr. C‘s advice) what means: Maybe when you only do a 0,5 Inch increase its not noticeable. - But everything what puts you on a „pornstar level“ = it’s noticeable (and especially in case women know about enhancements like this) My opinion is that (most) women do not really care if your Dick is enhanced. Most men who don't go overboard (example: over-filling, getting too much work done, etc) rarely, if ever get suspicion from their partners. If you act like you have something to hide, you'll invite scrutiny. So just own it and more times than not they won't question it. All that said, you are still technically artificially enhancing the penis, so even if no one else in the world will notice, you still very much will. We're our own harshest critics, often thinking some minor irregularity as being anything more than that. Penises come in different shapes, sizes, visual vascularity, colorations & discolorations, curves, proportions, among other things, and I feel like most partners are usually going to dismiss it. Besides, unlike "butt & boob jobs," penis enlargement still remains far from mainstream. If you really want to minimize detectability & women's scrutiny, here is some advice: - Like I said before, own it -- if you act like you are hiding something, you'll invite scrutiny. - Be mindful of your starting proportions; think of it like clothing... some are less flattering than others depending on one's physique & figure, and same can be said with how much PMMA you inject (example: shorter shafts or smaller glans can create a disproportioned look if over-filled) In nearly 15 years of having read about PMMA injections, it would often take freakish results or incredibly poor aesthetics to warrant suspicion -- and even then men could use the "I had a bike injury years ago," more times than not. PMMA stimulates collagen production within the tissue, which can make the skin feel slightly thicker in certain spots. This is still within the normal range of skin variability, and partners will not perceive this as abnormal. Additional Considerations: · PMMA carries a 5–8% risk of granulomas, which can present as small nodules. These are generally minor but occasionally require treatment. · No filler procedure is completely invisible; as with any aesthetic enhancement (e.g., breast implants, facelift scars), there is a trade-off. However, the overwhelming majority of men find the benefit in girth far outweighs any minor differences. · Partners almost never notice, especially when erect. I just said it was my glans and she left it alone. Other than her, no one else has noticed or said anything. I do think the 10% PMMA is pretty noticeable when you run your finger around 1cm down the shaft around the glans. I imagine it will become less noticeable as time goes on, I am only 9 weeks or so past the procedure. Overall, happy with results, does not actually bother me that girls may notice something off. I do think strategically the best move is to deny deny deny, unless you get married. The girl that noticed is pretty sexually experienced and also was probably surprised that I came back from a trip significantly thicker than before. I know she isn't dumb, so she probably knows something is up but also probably has no idea and I could easily blame pumping.
