Hi, it shouldn't be able to if you place it in the correct tissue planes. That would hold true for any filler and any part of the body.

At GetMoreGirth, we have treated many uncircumcised patients with excellent results. A gradual approach allows for precise fine-tuning and optimal aesthetics, but we have also had many “one-and-done” cases with highly satisfactory outcomes. Circumcision is not a requirement in our practice. In our experience, PMMA becomes incorporated into the expanded dermis, and the dermis itself does not migrate—even with friction or force—so long-term filler displacement into the Foreskin is not a concern. What may be happening is that in pts with very large volumes the lymphatics are disrupted and over time you can get swelling in the Foreskin this is not migration. I have only seen this in men howget very large volumes. With proper planning and technique, uncircumcised patients can achieve a smooth, natural-looking result.
