 More specifically, Clinics that promote *Proprietary Fillers* that either [1] choose not to disclose (or are vague about) the compounds of the filler and/or [2] explicitly contain silicone oil. These are often unregulated by the FDA and have been associated with a growing number of complication reports from both patients and Physicians (who treat the complications).

It should be noted that all means to increase your penis size (fillers in this particular case) are not without risk. Not only aesthetic irregularities, but infections and granulomas can occur, even if rarely. The whole point is to weed out what works & what doesn't work, and this Discussion Community plays a big part in that. From my 20-or-so years following the Online PE Scene (before the creation of PhalloBoards in 2010), it has become plainly & demonstrably obvious in 2025 that there are indeed fillers that perform with the necessary efficacy for girth enhancement like Hyaluronic Acid (HA), PMMA, Radiesse, Ellanse, and Fat. During that same time, it's clear as day that high volumes of silicone oil (mixed or not) demonstrate not only a higher rate of complication, but the severities associated if & when complications occur.

You don't have to take my word for it... there is an abundance of content both here and elsewhere making these claims irrefutable, with photo evidence & Physician remarks and all.
