Initial gains were .5” thicker which was probably just swelling. I used warm rags and hot showers to heat up the penis and massage for the remainder of the day and through the night. Around 3am I woke up to massage and everything was still the same. Around 6:30am I woke up again to repeat the process and noticed my penis was original size (the same size as before the procedure) obviously my immediate reaction was “wtf, what did I do wrong?” I made sure to continue with the heat and massage protocol. A few hours later I was able to talk to the doctors office that injected (very reputable doctor on here and he and his team was awesome to work with. He made the process a lot less nerve racking and really shared his knowledge on this whole process. However, we didn’t really touch on this subject. I do remember him saying “over the next few weeks your penis will be going through different shapes and sizes”. They told me this is normal and not to worry about size until 2-3 months when collagen begins to form. I believe them, I’m Just wondering if anybody else has gone through this same situation? Everybody I’ve seen seems to have immediate gains from the filler and keeps those gains until it begins to breakdown and collagen takes over. So I’m wondering if I’m the unicorn in this situation? Should I be concerned at all? 20 syringes just seems like a lot to be the same size as before the very next morning. Just wondering if my body is handling it different. Flaccid hang should be different. The second time with Avanti even more so due to the fact they put way more filler. I remember someone saying to take 5mg of sildenafil to prevent retraction during the first 7-10 days. They even gave a noose with weighted ball to use for Hanging. But you should definitely notice a difference. Avanti shows their patients the correct technique, but basically you pull by the head with one hand to stretch as much as possible. Then you massage in circular motion with thumb just under the head, the mid of the shaft and the base. This is to make sure there's no buildup on the Circumcision scar, base or mid shaft. This is for the top and left and right of the penis. It's hard to describe the amount of force used but something similar to a shoulder massage when using your thumbs- more force than I used the first time when I had no idea what the technique was. But I had one session of heating up a towel and it was a little hotter than my other sessions. I left it on for about 15 minutes. I lifted it and could feel my penis being very warm so I went and hopped in a warm shower and began to massage with soap (recommended by the doc) During this heat and massage session I was able to actually move the gel. I was able to get hard and move the gel towards the base and towards the circ scar - both places were basically void of any filler. When I woke up today I was the same size as pre-op and immediately thought “did I melt the gel?” As the day has gone on I’ve gained roughly .25” back but idk if that’s just swelling or what not - either way I wasn’t expecting to have little to no gain off the bat after that many syringes. But I was told to not care about size until around the 2-3 month mark when collagen begins to form so I’m just hoping for the best. My theory is 2 things 1. when I made the gel more maleable - and got a boner - I think I spread the gel out pretty evenly around my entire shaft and by doing so it doesn’t look like there’s any filler in there. It’s just even all around and maybe that’s why it hasn’t gained much size from just the Bellafill. 2. This one has just been a concern all day as this is my first time ever doing it and I don’t know how hot too hot is when doing the rags and shower and what if I melted the Bellafill and over night it migrated somewhere which I hope not. Would there be any signs of that? My Foreskin was really swollen from inflammation. I didn’t get any syringes there unless he put the prp shot there. But now my Foreskin is bruised and black underneath - is this normal? I mean I thought they said don't go in a hot tub for the same reason. But it depends on your starting stats as well. Tmartin304 only gained .25 inch despite getting a lot of filler due to his original size. Actually if you look at his previous posts despite going to different places he barely gained anything in his first couple of procedures before going to Avanti. He said he used 47cc of HA and it was really thick on day one. The past few days I only have Girth right below the glans and it feels like a rubber band. The provider has been great to work with, he told me to wait till week three and take an Erect measurement to see final results. I guess I was just expecting a lot more gains from the procedure.
