I'm 31, I'm currently in Turkey which prompted me to look at what options might be available since their medical system is one of the best. This lead me to finding Proudurology which lead me here. This seems like the best resource I could have ever found. But the information on here is vast and a bit confusing. I was just curious, if there is a forum already existing or if someone could let me know what the best options are for total enhancement? Thank you in advance. Im thrilled to have found this resource. There is so much great information here. I have tried P.E in the past with no lasting results. I've tried manual stretching techniques, bathmate pumps, and different traction devices. But beyond the immediate benefit nothing was sustainable. Now I've been considering surgery as the best option but after clicking around here I found multiple mentions about P-long and am trying to discern what all is possible. Potentially considering trying that before fully committing to surgery. I'm in Turkey for business. I reside in Las Vegas, NV. If there are any other options you recommend.
