Unfortunately, Girth injections with a cannula tend to come out uneven because of how much filler is placed at once and due to the lack of accurate placement available using such a technique. How long ago was your procedure? You really only have about 3 days at most post-procedure before the filler "settles." Gentle massage may help, but I wouldn’t do it too aggressively. Your treating provider would definitely want to hear from you! If you were my patient, I'd want you to reach out so I could assist.
