If you are with a high quality practitioner they will have their product of preference and if they offer multiple products then you should consult with them and they will steer you right. There are very limited studies of different HA fillers for Male Enhancement. Even the ones you may read up on regarding "rheology" (physical properties like stiffness, lifting capacity, elasticity, etc) are demonstrated for the face. In my experience anecdotally, there is longer duration for HA fillers for Male Enhancement compared to what I see it lasting in the face. Ive played with all the brands out there (used almost every product and placed them almost everywhere just to see how they integrate in various tissues and different parts of the face) and I would say the highest cross linking which would give you the longest duration would be the Vycross family of fillers (Juvederm Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Volux). Of these 4 the highest G prime or lifting capacity and "stiffness" would be Volux because in the original clinical studies they injected these along the bone to mimick an implant. Pros and Cons about this.....Pro would be that a little product goes a long way (compared to the other products) and longer duration 1-2 years in the face (much longer down there). Con would be that Vycross products are more difficult to dissolve with hyaluronidase (if one needed to for correction or irregularity or dissatisfaction). I do use the entire Restylane family of fillers for other facial applications but the one product from that portfolio that has the highest G prime would be Restylane Lyft (formerly known as Perlane). This is probably the best qualified HA filler from that family that I have and would use for GE if someone did request from that family for whatever reason. The price is better for that product because it is cheaper to acquire but the duration is not the same as the Vycross products from Juvederm due to the crosslinking. Teosal is called RHA in the USA. There are no current Korean filler brands that are FDA approved in the United States (not sure which country you are writing from). Offering Korean products (no matter how good they may be and I have awesome Korean brands that I work with that ARE FDA approved but not HA fillers) for male girl enhancement would flat out be ILLEGAL. Most providers usually have a few choices in what they feel comfortable using or have used in the past. Hope this helps. There are a few products though that I would be more wary about such as Silicone and PMMA. Other than that most HAs are benign in the right hands and each provider will have their preferences based on their own experience and clientele base.
