With Dr Aguilar he's good at responding and works directly with you if you have issues and questions but I think avanti is a more robust & high-touch experience based in what I've read. But they cost way more. But I know most of his clients use genefill HA filler, I've opted for hyacorp mlf1 or 2 HA filler as it's worked well for me, he might offer other options.
