 I had HA fillers done on the glands twice, 6 months apart, sensitivity was the same for me. At 6 months there was still some gains compared to baseline. I think some clinics claim to help with premature ejaculation, or to last longer, but I didn't feel any difference. The corona ridge looked better, fuller with fillers.
