It's always going to be thinner skin than shaft skin BUT you can gradually make more of it, or rather, lengthen it. Whole subreddit on "Foreskin restoration", including devices etc that you wear all day. I've done some of this in the past to lessen my turkey neck with non-zero results. I got lazy and stopped because I was being vain but it did work, albeit slowly. I know that filler is placed throughout the base all the way to the Circumcision line. Is it right to assume that the Circumcision line moves distally, closer to the glans after treatment from the filler stretching the skin? Viewing progress reports, this seems to be the case in members (no pun intended) with the best results but I’d appreciate any more nuanced explanations. Does having tight skin in this area work against this effect? I’ve read in the past that DrC would inject micro droplets here but there is a degree of risk. What I was asking about (and what [ @itgoesthud](https://phalloboards.info/forum/user/6768475-itgoesthud.html) ’s comment seems to corroborate) was if the area that does get filled essentially push the circ line more distally to the glans, thereby minimizing the appearance of the unfilled area. A lot of guys with high cuts (circ line more proximal or closer to the body) have this concern about the “cliff” but if the above is true, this quells some anxiety for me.
