I'm no medical practitioner but I can't see why these treatments aren't available after injectable fillers, at least in theory. He's even conducting a study on HA and is well versed in injection technique. I don't know the extent of his additional services like Shockwave or Trimix, but I am certain he can provide PRP. These have been done by multiple medical providers who focus on urologic health and/or enhancement. It’s pretty safe to say yes, these are things that can be done following fillers.
