I went from 5.5 Girth to about 6.75 on the 1st, no change on the second (mainly to get rid of lumps), and then to 7.25 on the third. I didn't expect any gain, and the additional Girth made my Flaccid penis look like a pig in a blanket. No problems Erect as I was 8+ in length. I went to Rejuvall in early 2022 and got the lig release (mainly to reduce the pig in blanket). Good news is that Flaccid is nearly 7 now, but bad news is that thickness increased ? and is now 7.5-7.75. Fortunately I also gained some Erect length so it looks fine Erect and Flaccid. So I'm up 2-2.5 inches in Girth and could probably go more. But.... I really would prefer a bit less. It is more a nuisance than anything (airport scanning, bulge) but it doesn't really affect sex-- i think because the last 1/2 Inch is just fluid under the skin, it doesn't hurt women as much... though they feel it. After sex, there is more edema, and I balloon to 8 or a bit more. Dr. Carney thinks its Ellanse clogging lymph nodes. I'm going down to tijuana to get an evaluation, as they did the filler. I. don't know that anyone has had this before. I was told that there is no health risk by Dr. Carney. I wonder if there is a way to unclog the lymph nodes or manually remove fluid. I also wonder if the Ellanse will disappear someday--it certainly hasn't in four years..... My first ever session of filler was 20mL yielding a full 1-inch in erect circumference (girth) gains. That said, everyone's body's response to the filler varies, so all things equal, two men may achieve varying degrees of size with the same doctor & filler. In light of that, the vast majority of men can expect modest gains with 30mL of filler. I should also note this is probably more so true for fillers that rely heavily on neocollagenesis for gains (e.g. PMMA, Ellanse, Radiesse). Depending on factors such as penis length and whether or not the man is Circumcised, it is entirely possible to achieve a 1 Inch increase in Girth. The greater the penis length the more product required. However, if the man has a Foreskin, there is a limit to how much filler can be injected without causing the so called "accordion effect" as coined by Dr. Cassavantes out of Avanti. It can also interefere with general movement of the Foreskin when having an Erection and cause Phimosis or tears/cracking in the Foreskin that might result in a Circumcision needing to be performed. This is why anyone who is serious about penis filler and maximizing how much can be put in generally is recommended by us to get a Circumcision first. Lastly, if too much volume is placed, the result is stretching of the skin which could result in a loose appearance once the product is fully metabolized. Hope that adds some further insight. Past a certain point, the skin/tissue would have been stretched enough that it wouldn't be able to bounce fully back to baseline. Loose. Think women that get fairly large breast implants and then do an explant. If you go extremely large or have plans to, you should either use a more permanent filler or have the long plan to maintain it. Or be fine with some loose skin if you let it all dissolve. Some is edema as I think lymph nodes are blocked. It is thinner at the very base which I’d like to change , but I’m leaving well enough alone .
