It looks like the Foreskin was not cut after surgery, but rolled up behind the glans and sutured. If you cut skins into multiple pieces and roll, your Foreskin will look like the sunflower. The advantage is that it increases the other person's erogenous feelings. It's only a small part, but since the penis size is bigger, it will be more satisfying, right? And I was thinking about maybe preputioplasty. This kind of Circumcision though, it looks extremely weird. It is one thing that I think would be impossible to explain to anyone. Penis enlargement? Sure! But that the Foreskin of your penis looks like a sunflower, and you choose it to look like that? How would you explain it to anyone? I don't know how I could explain it to myself even if I had it done.
