Is this something that occurs in Phalloplasty too, I wonder? I remember reading on the board that one forum member had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Kim Jin Hong, who is probably the most famous penis surgeon in Korea, however considering how common penis enlargement is in Korea and the huge number of clinics, I don't think it is justifiable to discourage Korea as a destination for penis enlargement. Many people from all over the world go there, not just Koreans. You are right however that it is very important to research the right clinic and surgeon. They also use their own fillers and materials in Korea, which they claim are very good, but it seems board members did not have so good experience with for example MegaFill.
