I can't speak for the correlation between flaccid & erect gains other than they are close, but as for what you can expect --> technically the "skies the limit" with dermal fillers... or more aptly, the "skin's the limit" ![:lol:](https://j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/grin.png ":lol:") . **That said, I wouldn't recommend, nor should any practitioner recommend, overfilling your unit for the sake of "going massive."** Factors include your starting size, the type of filler being used, and your goals (assuming they are within reason). Some quick maths puts a 7x5 with 2" glans to be roughly a 5"x5" cylinder of appx 200cc. Adding 20cc more by volume results in like 0.25" Girth. Not the 1" I see often quoted...? I would agree. Looking for up to an Inch increase, but more on the Erect side and not Flaccid. Maxing out around 6" Girth will probably be goal.
