From the sound of what you described, this may be situation where Dr. Horn and Francis disagreed with Dr. Kimilu's approach, hence why they gave you a full refund (which I think is fair since they are affiliated, but were not your performing Clinic).
What I mean by disagreeable approach is that Dr. Horn typically:
(1) Requires the injection of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) first in low volumes. This tests how compliant your skin is in general with dermal fillers if I'm not mistaken.[/b]
(2) Then Ellanse itself is injected in small volumes (and it sounds like Dr. Kimilu may have exceeded that).
(3) That bullet-points (1) & (2) should have been observed given your uncircumcised penis (I'm assuming this to be the case since you mentioned Foreskin).
I should note the above list is based on my speculation and the assumption that you've shared all sides of the story. If Dr. Kimilu chooses to forego his relationship with you, we'll see if we can find an alternative solution for your situation. Again, your photos will provide much needed context. And this is also a great time to remind all of our uncut brothers that Dermal Filler injections have a higher susceptibility of aesthetic irregularity when compared to Circumcised men, a reality & risk you'll simply have to assume.
On a side note, please use paragraph breaks in the future, it can be difficult digesting a wall of text for many readers, thanks.

3 years 1 month ago #1308712851I think its proven now by many cases that Androfill doesnt act profesionall. They have the clinic in Manchester under their name now they tell the other clinic isnt affiliated with them and they dont know what they are doing.
Also that Francis disappeared is simply another confirmation of whats going on behind the scenes. I also tried to reach out to Dr Kimilu some months ago. I never got any reply to my mail, the phonenumber I called 8 times or so during many weeks only once reached some. I asked a few questions 'Sharen' did want to call me back and never did. More so she ignored my calls afterwards.
Similiar to my situation back then where they didnt offer Ellanse L anymore.
Also Dr Horn has proven reports which showed that he doesnt inject properly and sometimes just doesnt give a sh..
Even Francis wrote once to me I dont know why he did that. Cause in my case the filler was placed on one side wrong. But doesnt matter tbh for my case as I did a crazy amount of aftercare and also only got 6ml its barely noticable nowadays. I would suggest everybody to consider other doctores which have a good track record. Forum partners doesnt mean they have experience, just means they are sponsors.
I wish you all the best bro if its just a small Nodule you should consider going to the Mexican doc we sometimes can break it down with a canula. Adding then some PMMA will maybe even everything out. Good luck

I'm not dismissing your personal complaints or critiques, but this quote in particular isn't true in the case of Androfill. Yes, by all means seek other options and alternatives if you wish, but Androfill as a Sponsor is easily one of the most experienced outfits in the U.K. as far as penis enlargement is concerned, period. They also have been performing HA and Ellanse much longer than most alternative practices I know of in the U.K.
They've also reached out in this thread, among others, providing additional advice, contact, and time without hesitation. I agree that if Dr. Kimilu has ghosted Girthquest1, this is highly inappropriate and I would ask of Androfill to consider their status with him moving forward. I should note that Androfill's Sponsorship does not pertain to any other Doctor other than Dr. Horn + Francis as their primary Administrator/Patient-Coordinator, all other network physicians are NOT "partners."
I simply don't bring anyone on as Sponsors and have even turned down a few Clinics in the past for varying reasons. Furthermore, until we contextualize the complaints made by Girthquest1 via photos, I'd hope we give all parties the benefit of the doubt, including Dr. Kimilu (regardless of their Sponsor status here, which he is not). If it appears they are in the wrong, I'll be the first to agree and will have a one-on-one with them on how to improve customer rapport, especially if Androfill doesn't rectify or clarify the situation with Dr. Kimilu.
If you aren't satisfied with the Bedside Manner or Customer Support of a Clinic I implore you to seek out alternatives, no doubt. Even travel abroad if you must. I will also continue to work with Androfill on examining where there might be lapses or miscommunication between Representatives, Administrators, and Doctors in hopes they can continue to be a longstanding brand, which quite frankly they have. And I've attempted to work with two other British Clinics in the past, both being poor fits (and this had nothing to do with Androfill). I've turned away a few American Clinics based on what I considered unethical medicine. Androfill, despite some few recent complaints, has largely been one of the more reliable providers in Europe.

I got your message and replied, it appears the issue you were talking about seems resolved-- if not, please reply to the PM and we'll get it figured out.
And thanks for providing photo context, it's most appreciated. I'd be curious to get Androfill's take but regardless, there seems to be some kind of disconnect with Dr. Kimilu and Androfill given your statement that Francis was surprised Dr. Kimilu had not only used Ellanse but used it to the extent (i.e. volume) that he did. This may explain why Androfill & Dr. Horn did not want to intervene since this complication was of Dr. Kimilu's making, and thus providing a full refund was likely the best they could do, especially if Dr. Kimilu has chosen to forfeit his services to you (for whatever reason).
Your best bet would be to take that refund sum and use it to get as much of the aesthetics corrected. I will caution you that being uncircumcised will continue to act as an obstacle throughout this process, but there is good reason to believe your situation in particular can be worked with. To be frank, there aren't a lot of Clinics I personally can vouch for in your neck of the woods, but it wouldn't hurt to get some consultations; if you can afford to travel, there are some American practices that may be able to help as well, if you'd like more info let me know.

Re: Ellanse girth enhancement uk
3 years 1 month ago #1308712911It was a mistake for me to try to help him when he approached me 2 months after his procedure with Dr. Confidence / Dr. Kimilu.
He writes as much himself at the very start of the thread.
"For this procedure, I will be using Dr. Confidence in Manchester."
The patient sent me copies of his payments which are to Dr. Confidence as I was trying to help him get a refund from Dr. K,
All his consent forms, all read Dr. Confidence / Dr. Kimilu.- he is not an Androfill procedure because he had seen Dr. K directly for the procedure outside of Androfill.
If this were an Androfill patient then he would have paid Androfill, he would have consented using Androfill consent forms and T&Cs, and he would have had me personally do the aftercare, none of which would have involved the "shoelace technique" or any of the aftercare he was trying.
I was told by Dr. Kimilu that he thinks the result was initially good (which I can also see from this thread), perfect in fact.... but somehow a week later it became misshapen while on holiday... I can only think of one or two ways that can happen.
My involvement / Androfill involvement came 2 months after his procedure when he first contacted me.
I tried to help this guy out, despite having never treated him, our clinic never having been being paid by him etc.
I suggested to Dr. Kimilu that he should give the patient his money back regardless of whether Dr. Kimilu suspected he had not followed aftercare instructions and had sex too early.
Initially, this patient thanked me for stepping in between him and Dr. Kimilu. Now that he has been refunded by Dr Kimilu and signed an agreement with Dr Kimilu finalising the matter he is now trying to involve Androfill, saying we performed the procedure.
Not wanting to get any more involved in Dr. Confidence's patients... but how did the result go from perfect in the photos one week out from the procedure... then all of a sudden he went on holiday with his girlfriend and it all became messed up.
I asked Dr Horn to have a look and he gave the patient a consultation in London.
Unfortunately, Dr. Horn does not want to get involved with another clinic's patient and would only tentatively inject HA to smooth out the result.
I have been very patient with this guy and tried to help him despite this being none of my business.
He needs to speak to the Doctor who performed the procedure (Dr. Kimilu as he himself says in his early posts) , the clinic that he paid (Dr Confidence Aesthetics), to whomever consented him and treated him and dealt with his aftercare (Dr Kimilu).

I do obviously (have good things to say about Androfill and feel good about Androfill), and whenever I log into Whatsapp or emails what I see is a mix that looks like this
- 10% Francis I thought it would be bigger, it's too expensive can I have a discount for next time. (mildly negative)
- 50% no feedback whatsoever, if anything just "when can I have sex with it, or when can I go to gym"(virtually no feedback, assume all is well)
- 29% wow Francis this is great thank you buddy you changed my life etc (very positive)
- 1% This is the worst product, no one assisted me with aftercare, Dr Horn was unfriendly, it is 0.5mm smaller at the head than at the base.
I think it's about the same distribution of reviews as for an Apple iphone which I know to be a brilliant device. But if you go on Amazon 5% of people are saying it is awful.
Now in this particular case of Dr. Kimilus, there is a bad outcome somehow [note: this was not an Androfill patient].
I can see a really nice result after week 1, then I see the patient is writing here on PB that he is going to try a "shoelace technique" and then he is off on holiday with his girlfriend (certainly not having any sex) and returns and somehow it got all messed up on holiday. Perhaps this was not even Dr. Kimilu's fault...?
The majority of feedback I get is positive. If I could anonymize the Whatsapp message feed and live publish it then I think it would give a more balanced view.

Where are "all those good experiences" you speak about, proven by reports in this board? Me and many others only reported bad experiences with Dr. Horn. Still you support them.
Most reliable partner in Europe? Ok that might be true cause there is no partner else for Ellanse is that what you are trying to say?
