Trying to decide between Dr Song in NJ or Dr Rupeka in OH

Very long time lurker! First and foremost Thank you to everyone who has made this place a wealth of knowledge. The ones that have been so candid and forthcoming with your experiences has helped someone like me tremendously and it does not go unnoticed.

So my dilemma is deciding between Rupeka and Song. Dr Song is an hour and a half drop me by car. Dr Rupeka is 7 hours from me by car. Dr Song limits his bellafil injection to 5 syringes where as Rupeka's limit is 10 maybe even more.

My stats are as follows:

Flaccid
Anywhere between 1" to 3" length (very much a Grower.)
4" Girth

Erect
5.5" length
4.75 Girth

I suppose it depends on your goals. If you are looking for serious gains, then Dr. Rupeka makes more sense since 10+ syringes = more volume per round --> less visits overall. That would be my reasoning. Also, if you are opting for PMMA, he's considered by Suneva (Medical Product Manufacturer) as the #1 injector of Bellafill worldwide, which was a big draw for me on having him come on board to the PhalloBoards.

If time & logistics are of major importance, than Dr. Song would probably make more sense.

Oh and in fairness, this is not a matter of me playing "favorites." Dr. Song has advertised with this forum before and may do so again in the future - I don't shy away from recommending Non-Sponsors if it fits an individual's criteria, and I've done it multiple times in the past. The only time you'll see me adamantly reject an option is if it happens to be on my personal "blacklist" (which are effectively anyone performing procedures developed by 3 particular names, which I won't name here since it will steer the topic off-course, you can always PM me if you are curious).

I'm assuming you are picking between the two because of your interest in PMMA? Or another filler?

Very good points Skeptical. Thank you for your response. So I was leaning towards Dr. Rupeka anyways because of the points you made. He provides more volume and is still less expensive. I do retract somewhat throughout the day and I know that can be an issue but plan to stay on top of aftercare and take cialaus to stay elongated as much as possible. If I'm not mistaken the injected material settles within a week so I should be ok after that. I'm hoping with the added volume it will help with some of my retraction issues. Anything I'm missing?

To be honest, Bellafill is kind of new territory for the forum. You see, the vast majority of PMMA progress reports involve a non-American iteration of PMMA (Linnea Safe) which uses a cellulose carrier which is broken down by your body much faster than the bovine carrier used in Bellafill.

So the window of time with Bellafill may in fact be longer, however I can't say for certain. Yea and if you are looking for something permanent, PMMA will do the job.

That is a very good point. I'm tempted to wait until there are more positive cases but at the same time I've thought about this for such a long time. At some point I'm going to have to pull this trigger! Going to Mexico is just not practical for me unfortunately.

Well the only real difference is the carrier. And Member @Truckerguy had a pretty stellar result with Dr. Rupeka & Bellafill, you may want to read his progress report or PM him for additional details.

I will share I went with Dr Song who did an initial 5 syringes of Bellafill, PRP and Gainedwave. I initially wanted HA bc I was unsure of wanting something permanent however am happy he helped convince me to go toward Bellafill which I was interested in.

That said, Song did do 10 syringes for another member on here. It sounds like Trunkerguy got a good price and amount of Bellafill he received from Rupeka. I’m looking at a provider in Massachusetts who would be willing to do 8-10 syringes of Bellafill for what I paid for my initial 5.

Thanks for your reply Runner. Glad you got a good result from Dr Song. I am still leaning towards going to Rupeka for the reasons that were stated above. I think I would be fine going to either one. The price and drive are the only differences I have at this point.

Just a fyi. Dr Song only likes to do 5 syringes of Bellafill at a time to avoid any asymmetries and nodules which I think is wise. He also does PRP (for added collagen stimulation) and Gainswave (lessons the chances of nodules) with each treatment which is included with the price. If you are looking for more of an immediate larger increase, then I guess Dr. R. is a better choice. Dr. Song also gives a discount if you agree to have pictures posted on his website, without any identifiable information of course. Best of luck with any decision you make.

Here is some additional information that I just learned. I was in atlanta this past week and got my scrotal webbing removed by Dr Carey Rejuvall. While there I asked about bellafil because I want to get some at some point in the future - if and when my Ellanse wears down. Dr Carney, at this point in time, will also only do roughly 5 syringes / or 5 ml's, im not sure, due to wanting to get a good base down and he mentioned this helps avoid the bumps.

for what that is worth to any of you.

Thank you Texas! And thank you for you continued contributions. That is a pretty good point as well. There are some that believe slower is better. Being on the shorter end of the spectrum I think that is something I should consider.

@Skeptical_One I’m curious why you didn’t opt for Dr. Rupeka and instead chose Dr. C from Avanti Derma? What is your stance on Bellafill vs Linea Safe for PMMA?
