I have done it a number of times using HA. It needs to be done quite superficial - the skin of the glans is thick enough to inject into. The glans skin is also made to expand with Erection so tends to be crinkly. So it can form lumps and bumps to some extent. There is a phenomenon called 'tindal' effect which can look dark. I have only found it of moderate benefit for PE, maybe I just needed to inject more. I think a softer HA is better here say Teosyal RHA2. It seems to last a long time. Injecting slightly deeper with HA does not last (for size) but Aquamid (Polyacrilamide) does. I have done maybe 20 guys with this getting long lasting benefit. Trying to set up an international study with the Dr's from Spain who originated it but it seems to be taking a long time to get going. In Flaccid and Erect. Thanks Hi KV, I have only been measuring Flaccid. usually getting around 4 - 6 mm increase in diameter. With most guys starting at about 30mm that is about a 20% increase using 3 - 4 ml of Aquamid. There have been other polyacrylamide before, not sure if they are still available, but they have given problems that Aquamid has not.
