I suspect lengthening is fine if you're far removed from the surgery and fully healed. I would still ask them directly though, as policy is always subject to change. The reason for their reluctance to perform on "previously worked on patients" is that historically, if you've ended up with a bad result (especially when men see unvetted or inexperienced doctors), additional work can increase or compound the already existing issues. This in turn can make Avanti Derma look bad despite the complications being the fault of a previous practitioner. There is no upside to this for either party. Also, Avanti Derma does limited Revision. They are not a surgical-outfit and thus cannot or will not deglove, etc. This adds to their reluctance to deal with men who've already undergone Girth enhancement elsewhere. And I don't blame them. I've been using ZenHanger products and its working for me; slow and steady. **Since your asking for our individual advice, mine would be that** : unless u want a lig cut , there are no real safe instant inches in length practice atleast that i know of... so go for what you know you CAN get which is Girth. Then play the slow game of adding length by due diligence in stretching, Hanging. And hell , who knows... maybe in a few years there might be a new length extension procedure that is much more practical for you to potentially opt into. I wanna do PMMA first but I really wanna add some length and hopefully forget about my problem forever. I don't have the patience for the very-terrible manual PE although I do pumping, mainly because I like looking at the 10 minute effect, not because it's provided any gains. I tried all sorts of manual PE and it's just not for me. I'd rather spend a lot of money and get something fast than wait multiple years while having this on my to-do-list daily. It's just not for me, don't bother telling me there are guys who have gained 2+ inches in length from PE because I know they exist. About Ligamentolysis... another problem for me is that I can't get to the US. Is anyone reputable doing it in Europe/Asia or wherever else? Honestly, even 2 cms would be great if I can succeed with PMMA originally, in that case I'd be decently above average especially in Girth. On top of that, Ligamentolysis is supposed to increase Flaccid which definitely doesn't matter but it still bothers me because I'm a part of the Grower club and I see you're expecting around 2 inches in Flaccid increase with that. Of course, the only thing that actually matters is Erect gains. I've only read one thread on here about it and the fella gained around 1-1.25 inches in BPEL from memory which would be a dream. Any of you guys seen any other reports and what have these people gained?
