 Guys, I've spent some time reading around the threads but I still can't see the overall picture. I will sum it up shortly as there is no need to hassle around for simple questions - I'm looking for both length and Girth BUT I am uncut. Ideally, I wouldn't wanna get Circumcised. I'm quite insecure about many parts of my body which has led me to spend some big amounts during the years on 'solutions'. Generally, I don't care what it'd cost if it fixes my problems and the problems here are due to my size. I wanna gain as much as possible and even though I'm European I'd fly to any part of the world to do it (I'm not sure whether or not I'll get a US visa if I had to go there though).

What procedures are optimal for my case? PMMA is the one I've remembered the most but it's not quite as good for uncut guys. I think the most I can get from PMMA being the way I am is 0.5 and I don't think it's worth it for a gain that small (correct me if I'm wrong). As for length, I've only seen one thread about a surgery like this. Those in the know, please sum up what my options are, I can't thank you enough.
