 Well boyz, I pulled the plugged and set the appointment! Going to get PMMA at Avanti Dermi in a basically 2 months. This for sure is all very exciting and nerve racking at the same time. But wouldn’t be going through with it if it hasn’t been for everyone’s blogs on their journeys so thank you! I will start one once my trip gets going.

Quick question: For those of you who do PE and also when to get PMMA or HA, did you continue working out up to the procedure? Or did you give yourself rest leading up to it? I was doing PE consistently but am feeling if I should stop for a while to have my unit heal, thanks!

 I continued PE up to and after procedure with no negative effects. If anything I would think you'd want to PE up to the procedure. As long as you still have good EQ and you're not over training
