It's quite informative though members here might be aware of several of these aspects if you read through most of the posts from experienced members .Also, Dr C has spoken about a few of these topics on youtube. Still, it was a great read for me, and just when I am getting ready for my round 3 ..so few key takeaways personally. 1. Mushroom-shaped men, Circumcised and otherwise healthy(mentally and physically) are the best candidates. I have always been mushroom-shaped. Last night I measured my midshaft Girth its 12.5 cm after 2 rounds of PMMA and still, my glans look equal to the shaft Girth. I am hoping after round 3 ,I might reach close to the 6 inches (15 cm) mark. 2. Post-care, post-care, post-care. After round 2, I stayed in Tijuana, and Ian as always did a great job in showing me the care and getting the PMMA rolled back every day for 3 days.I had to immediately head for a family event so the next few days I probably missed the post-care. The book now gives me a solid plan on what to do this time. 3. Also the patient anecdotes Dr. C mentions in the last chapter helps to understand that most men are occasionally irrational about their manhood. As long as we don't get obsessed with our penis and follow safe and proven enhancement with high-quality professionals we will be fine. 4. A personal observation after talking to lots of women,fwb and a few male friends. We overvalue the things that we "think" are lacking in us and undervalue the things we know we have already. So others might not even notice(unless they are Dr s) your filler, or minor imperfection that you are obsessing over. Just my two cents. I'll definitely get it just to read it, even though I've pretty much read every post on this forum and it's previous iterations lol. Curious to read the section on patient anecdotes too. I know he had some interesting experiences he mentioned in his podcast with Dr Oates. One of his few Removal experiences was an interesting one from an observational point of view. However, the ADS and massaging have to be continued well after that. The aftercare post by Texas is really informative. Last time I couldn't wear the ADS and massage after I left Tijuana..since it was a family event.
